FAQs

  1. How do I get paid? Echelon will issue a check directly mailed to the address that you listed on your application for the confirmed times that you worked. Please make sure that you check-in when you start and check-out when you’re shift is completed so that you can be properly paid.  Checks should arrive to you in 7 to 10 days after the event.
  2. What should I do if I am late arriving at the venue? If you are going to be late or cannot honor your shift commitment, call Echelon as soon as possible at 610-831-0277 and inform us of your status. If you are planning on parking in the lot, we suggest that you get there approximately one hour in advance to allow yourself enough time to park, get our shuttle, get to the venue and check-in. Keep in mind, they are expecting about 80,000 people each day, so it is going to be very congested in that area.
  3. Where do I report when I get there?  Check-in for the Event at the Art Museum will take place at the Production Compound located at 25th & Kelly Drive. There will be security trailers and a tent located to the right of the Art Museum. Come to the tent and a Supervisor will check you in and provide you with a uniform. IMPORTANT: Please bring a picture ID with you (DRIVERS LICENSE OR STUDENT ID) because you will need ID to get your staff credentials. If you are working multiple days, you still need to check-in each day, but will be responsible for bringing your credential ID with you.
  4. How often are the shuttles running ? Will they pick us up to return to the parking area? Echelon will provide a shuttle bus from Rodeph Shalom Synagogue parking location that will run constantly to accommodate all shifts to and from the event. Keep in mind that the parking lot at Rodeph Shalom Synagogue where the Shuttle Bus is located is very limited. Carpooling to our Shuttle is highly recommended.
  5. Is there some place to store personal items, bag or backpack? Yes, you can leave your bag in the security trailer.
  6. What should we do about lunch? It is recommended that you pack a lunch or snack and bring it with you. There is a tent with tables and chairs where you can eat during your break and some beverages will be provided. There will also be food vendors onsite.
  7. How and when do we get breaks?  Your Supervisor will advise as to when you make take your two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks. Never leave your assigned post without a Supervisor’s permission or you may not be paid.
  8. Can we wear hats? Hats will not be part of your NFL Draft uniform. We recommend that you bring sun screen, as it may be quite warm all weekend.
